Essential
- Our help desk engineers answer calls and respond to issues on a case by case basis. Their time is spent talking to non-technical and technical business professionals with one aim: solving the issue!
- Many calls can be closed quickly after a brief conversation whilst others may prove to be more complex. These calls can be escalated to our senior support engineers. Should a visit to site be required this option will be discussed and an onsite visit booked at preferential contract rates.
Advanced
- Where a customer needs a higher level of support we offer additional capabilities to ensure their IT systems run as smoothly as possible.
- Included in our advance support package are regular proactive onsite visits.
- These visits allow us to patch systems and network devices against cyber security vulnerabilities, perform maintenance activities and provide hands-on work such as moving or installing equipment.
Strategic
- Strategy planning looks beyond operational, day-to-day support and considers the long-term business requirements that the IT business systems must support.
- Having a comprehensive IT Strategy and Road Map will ensure the IT Strategy is aligned to the business strategy making your IT systems as effective and secure as possible.
We like to get to know our clients and their business and prefer to adopt a hands-on approach with regular onsite, proactive support visits.
